Success House Transition Home is Phase II of Success House—A Road to Recovery, Inc.  It is a home for three single-parent families: 3 women and up to 3 of their children (ages 0-4) who have completed a substance abuse treatment program, are in recovery, and need additional recovery support before they are able to live independently.  We provide trauma-focused, recovery support services such as peer support, in-home counseling, temporary room and board, childcare w/ early childhood development support, parenting, job training/assistance, and transportation assistance.
